How have you made a difference?
Have you made a difference? If so, what did you do? I want to post what people have done so others can see other ways to make a difference. Help other people make a difference.

Make a difference with animals
Around the world in these ecenomic times, families are struggling to feed their animals. One thing that you can do is offer to buy some food for animals that your neighboor or friend has just to help them. When people can't feed their animals, they are put into shelters or are just abandoned. Also, what we can do is try to adopt animals that are in shelters. Sooner or later, the shelters will get over crowded and what will happen to the animals then?

More about the less fortunate
Today in Social Studies, I learned that barely any of America's money goes to charities. There is a godd news and a bad news to that. The bad news is that only .41%of the money goes to the charities, and the good news is that it can't really get much worse. What we can do is make petitions, asking for more money to go to the charities and the less fortunate. We can also, like I said about 5 times already, is donate some of our money that is sitting in those jelly jars and that are said "will be spent later on". Even if it only a couple of bucks, it still helps others in need. Think if you didn't own a house or had some serious disease, wouldn't you want to be thought of andhelped? So next time you see a donation thing going on, think about that.

Something fun to do that helps the less fortunate
There are things that you can do to help the less fortunate that are also kind of fun. Make an E-mail that says something like "I donated" and "I didn't donate" that shows that you have donated money or coats or toys to either a hospital or to a coat drive or to just anything and forward it to anybody that you know and keep it going around the world. It would be cool if it got back to you and plus, it helps raise money and givesstuff to the less fortunate.

Everyone can make a difference
Everyone can make a difference in someone else's life. There are between 30,000 and 7,000,000 homeless people is America, and about 60% of them still work to earn money. Also, in 2005, it was approximated that there are 1,000,000,000 homless people in the world. On the world, there are about 6,677 billion people, with or without homes. That means that the number of homeless people is about 1/6 of Earth's population. You can help them. Next time you see a coat drive at a store or hear about it in school, donate your old or new coats and jackets (clean, of corse). Donate food, or whatever that you can donate. Also, volenteer at the soup kitchen or someplace that gives food to the lessfortunate. Some people may not like it, but just remember, you are not helping yourselves, you are helping somebody else.
